I explored this designer during my visit to London. Alex Monroe is an hand made jewelry designer  based in London. All the jewelry is nature inspired. I bought myself his famous bumble bee pendant necklace. I love dainty jewelry and this one is perfect. Must check out the Wild rose and Botanical inspired collection. Can't wait to buy the parrot and chrysanthemum inspired collection for my little birdie.

When you are in and around Portland,Oregon the must see place in your bucket list should be Powell's bookstore. It claims to be one of the largest independent new and used bookstores in the world!It really is indeed a very big store.I felt like I might lost in the bookstore. There is huge collection of books in each and every category color coded. If you are a book lover you would already know about this if not, you never miss a chance to visit the store when you are in the city!
